Gift vouchers are provided by HMB Barbers Australia and can be used for merchandise and/or services at any HMB Barbers store in Australia.

Gift Cards require an authorized claim code for use or redemption, cannot be exchanged for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, cannot be applied to prior purchases, cannot be used to buy other gift cards, cannot be resold, and are non-refundable.

If a purchase is made for less than the Gift Card’s value, the remaining balance will be credited to the Gift Card recipient’s account for future use.

For purchases exceeding the Gift Card value, an additional payment via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card is necessary to complete the transaction.

Gift Cards that remain unused or unredeemed for 36 months from the date of purchase or issuance will expire and cannot be redeemed.

The use of Gift Cards is subject to our HMB Barbers Member Agreement. We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the gift certificates at our discretion.

HMB BARBERS MEMBER AGREEMENT

This policy governs the HMB Barbers Gift Card product, and by offering these Gift Cards, HMB Barbers agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.

HMB Barbers Gift Cards enable HMB Barbers franchisees to sell Gift Cards through HMB Barbers locations. Purchasers can buy a HMB Barbers Gift Card for a specified recipient, who can then use it for purchases at any HMB Barbers Barbershop.

SALE & REDEMPTION OF GIFT CARDS

The proceeds from the sale of a gift certificate are reserved for redemption by the Purchaser. If the Gift Certificate is not redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date, it will expire and cannot be redeemed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchasers may reach out to the specific HMB Barbers Barbershop from which they wish to buy the Gift Card, or alternatively, contact HMB Barbers at manager@hmbbarbers.com.au
