If there's one thing that we know about here at HMB Barbers is that we hate waiting for anything that we ordered online. This is why we get your orders out immediately! If something delays your order, you will be notified and we'll make it up to you!
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders are fulfilled & shipped within 1 - 3 business days. We are a family owned & operated business and do our very best to get orders out the same or very next day. You will be notified of any delays in this process.
- Once an order is marked "fulfilled" in our system, a shipping notification email is automatically sent to you. If you have not received your tracking number email, please check your spam folder.
- Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotional sales events due to high order volumes. This now also includes global pandemics...who would have thought?!
- Shipping rates are automated by the shipping carrier. These rates vary day to day!
- HMB Barbers IS NOT responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees occurred due to an error of these is the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes shipments sent to "non-updated" addresses.
- Due to the ongoing pandemic & workforce hardships, all shipping carriers are experiencing delays beyond our control. Exchanges/Refunds for delayed orders will only be issued upon a shipment being marked as lost, stolen, or damaged.
- HMB Barbers is NOT liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)
- Express Shipping: All Orders, 1 to 4 business days transit time, $15.00 AUD
- Standard Shipping (orders $50.00 and up): 2 to 8 business days transit time, Free
- Standard Shipping (below $50.00): 2 to 8 business days transit time, $10.00 AUD
